Admissions Process

We are very honored you want to enroll your student in City Christian School. Our school community is excited to welcome new families like yours. To streamline the enrollment process, please do all of the following before formally enrolling through Gradelink.

Our Admissions Process

1. Take a tour of our school  ​

Please fill out our tour request form to come and meet the admissions coordinator and get more information.

2. Student Assessment :
Once you have toured our facility, our Admissions Coordinator will schedule a testing date and time.  ​

3. Submit Required Documents:

  •  Birth certificate, most recent report card for current school year, and immunization records. 

  • EP/ISP or 504 documents (Students with academic accommodations are welcome at CCS, Reviewing these documents helps parents and administration be assured CCS has the proper resources for your student’s academic needs)

  • 6th-8th grade applicants: In addition to the documents referenced above, a recommendation link will need to be filled out by the student’s current school and a personal/pastoral reference. 

  • 6th-8th grade requires a statement of faith.

  • School entry doctor form (Junior Kindergarten – 1st Grade)

  • EP/ISP or 504 documents (Students with academic accommodations are welcome at CCS, reviewing these documents, helps parents and administration be assured CCS has the proper resources for your student’s academic needs)

4. Meet and Greet​

Every family will have a meet and greet with the principal to ask any questions you may have, and for us to welcome you to City Christian School.

5: Admissions Decisions / Invitation to Enroll:

1.  Accepted - Admission with Invitation to Enroll.
Once the candidate is accepted, you will be emailed an invitation to enroll.  The email will include a link to the enrollment packet.  If you have any questions, please contact the school office.
2.  Waitlisted - Due to full capacity, we maintain a waitlist. Placement from the wait list is determined by grade level, classroom size, and the review of the student's completed Admissions file.  If we have a seat that opens for a waitlist student, you will be notified by Admissions.
3.  Not Accepted
